How to Edit Your Personal Details
You can easily update your personal details from within the Customer Alliance platform.
Whether you need to change your profile picture, update your name, or reset your password. It can all be done in a few clicks.
What You can Edit
Here’s a breakdown of what you can manage on the Personal Details page:
- Profile Picture
Upload a square image (at least 300 x 300 px) for best display. - Email Address
Your email is set when the account is created and cannot be changed manually. - First Name & Last Name
Update your name as you want it to appear on the platform. - Preferred Language
Select your preferred language from the dropdown to change the system language. - Job Title
Optionally enter your job title for profile completeness. - Change Password
To reset your password, you’ll need to enter your current password, followed by the new password and confirmation.
