Getting Started with Your Dashboard

The Dashboard is your operational hub. It provides an immediate, high-level snapshot of guest satisfaction and feedback performance across your entire property or portfolio. Designed for efficiency, this dashboard helps you monitor reputation trends, track team responsiveness, and identify areas needing immediate attention.

1. Filtering Your Data

To ensure you are looking at the most relevant data, use the Date Filter located in the top right-hand corner. Adjusting this filter updates every metric, chart, and tile on the page simultaneously.

  • Standard Timeframes: Quickly view data from the Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days to track recent performance.
  • Custom Ranges: Click directly on the calendar to select a specific date range—ideal for analyzing performance during peak seasons, holidays, or specific marketing campaigns.

2. Core Performance Tiles

At the top of the dashboard, four key metrics give you an instant health check on your guest relations based on your selected date range:

  • Total Reviews: The volume of feedback collected. A sudden drop or spike can help you measure the success of review collection strategies.
  • Average Score: Your aggregate rating across all integrated review streams, serving as your primary reputation benchmark.
  • Replied Reviews: Highlights your team's engagement level, showing exactly how many reviews have received an official response.
  • Unresolved Negative Reviews: (Critical Action Item) Displays the number of low-scoring reviews that have not been replied to yet, allowing you to prioritize service recovery.

3. Trend Analysis & Sentiment Breakdown

Beneath the core tiles, the dashboard transitions from basic metrics to deeper contextual insights:

  • Performance Trends: Graphical data showing how your scores fluctuate over time, helping you pinpoint exactly when service levels dipped or excelled.
  • Sentiment Breakdown: An AI-driven analysis that categorizes the emotional tone of your text reviews, giving you a quick visual on whether guest perception is shifting positively or negatively.

4. Platform Breakdowns & Live Review Feed

  • Per-Platform Average Scores: Compare your performance across individual channels (e.g., Google, Booking.com, TripAdvisor). This helps you identify if a specific platform requires targeted management.
  • Recent Reviews Feed: A live stream of your latest guest feedback. Instead of navigating away, you can click directly on any review to open the full review stream, allowing you to read, analyze, or reply instantly.

5. Alerts and Team Collaboration

Located in the global top navigation bar, the Bell Icon keeps you connected to critical updates in real-time. You will receive notifications here when:

  • A review is posted that meets or falls below a specific score threshold (allowing for rapid escalation of negative feedback).
  • A team member tags you in a comment on a specific review post, streamlining internal collaboration and issue resolution.
