What is a business unit, and how does pricing work for you?
A business unit refers to the main hotel property or a distinct, semi-independent department, such as a restaurant, SPA, or conference center.
How to identify a separate business unit:
- Unique Identification: Has its own dedicated Google ID.
- Dedicated Team: Managed by a specific team (e.g., Conferences & Events).
- Independent Services: Offers services to non-hotel guests (e.g., a SPA open to the public).
Pricing & Subscription Rules:
- Base Price: Applied only once per overall subscription.
- Add-on Fees: For each additional business unit, you need to pay for Review Management, Survey, and AI Hub (depending on your selected package).
- Package Consistency: All business units under the same subscription must share the same tier (e.g., you cannot have the main hotel on a PRO package and a restaurant on a CORE package).
