Managing Users, Roles, and Permissions
The Users and Roles settings panel is your command center for team management and platform security. To ensure seamless collaboration across your organization, our platform offers unrestricted access capability, allowing you to build a secure, accountable workspace for everyone from on-site front desk staff to corporate executives.
1. Unlimited Team Collaboration
We believe user seats shouldn't limit your operational efficiency.
- No User Caps: You can invite as many team members to the platform as your operations require, at no additional cost.
- Full Lifecycle Management: Easily add new staff members during onboarding, and instantly remove users who leave your organization or no longer require access to safeguard your data.
2. Standard Permission Levels (Default Roles)
To simplify setup, the platform includes four pre-configured roles designed to match typical hospitality and corporate workflows:
- Admin: Full system access. Admins can modify global settings, manage billing preferences, edit property structures, and invite or delete other users.
- Manager: Designed for department heads. Managers can read and reply to reviews, approve team responses, and build guest surveys. However, they are restricted from inviting new users or changing account settings.
- Reviewer: Tailored for front-line or guest-relations staff. Reviewers can monitor the dashboards and draft or post replies to guest reviews, but they cannot create surveys or modify settings.
- Read-Only: Ideal for corporate stakeholders or owners. This role provides full visibility into the dashboards, AI insights, and analytics reports, but restricts the user from making any changes, replying to reviews, or editing configurations.
3. Creating Custom Roles
If your organizational structure doesn't fit into our standard templates, you have the flexibility to design your own access parameters.
- Tailored Access Control: Click to create a completely new role from scratch.
- Granular Controls: You can manually toggle individual permissions on or off—such as giving a user the ability to build surveys but not reply to reviews. This ensures team members see exactly what they need to do their jobs without accidental access to sensitive configurations.
