Exploring the Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics feature is your portal for deep data exploration. While the main dashboard gives you a high-level summary, this section allows you to drill down into specific data points to uncover operational patterns. As a baseline, the top of the screen mirrors the core performance cards from your Home Dashboard (Total Reviews, Average Score, Reply Rates), ensuring you always have your primary benchmarks in view.
Filtering Your Reports
Just like the rest of the platform, you will find the global Date Filter in the top right-hand corner. Adjusting this filter instantly updates all four specialized sub-dashboards detailed below.
1. Trends Dashboard
The Trends report visualizes your performance over time, allowing you to spot seasonal shifts or tracking the long-term impact of service changes. It focuses on:
- Review Volume: Track the fluctuations in how many reviews you are receiving weekly or monthly.
- Average Rating: Monitor whether your overall score trajectory is climbing or dipping.
- Per-Property Performance: If you manage multiple locations, this section breaks down the trend lines side-by-side to highlight your top performers and properties that may need support.
2. Distribution Dashboard
The Distribution report focuses on your channel presence, mapping out where your guests are talking about you. It helps you identify which booking channels require strategic attention by breaking down:
- Volume and Score per Platform: See exactly how many reviews are coming from channels like Google, Booking.com, or TripAdvisor, alongside your average score on each.
- Direct Surveys: View your standalone internal survey performance alongside your public portal data.
- Property Performance per Platform: A multi-property matrix showing how each individual location performs on specific distribution channels.
3. Sentiment Dashboard
The Sentiment report shifts focus from numbers to the emotional tone of your guest feedback, offering a clear view of operational health:
- Volume Counts: View a breakdown of the exact number of positive, neutral, and negative reviews.
- Property Sentiment Mapping: Compare the emotional feedback across different properties to see where guest satisfaction is highest.
4. Competitor Overview
At the bottom of the Sentiment dashboard, you will find a brief Competitor Overview snippet. This section gives you a quick health check of your average rating compared to the direct competitors you have configured in your account settings.
Note: This section is intentionally streamlined to keep your primary focus on internal analytics. For a deep-dive competitive analysis, market share trends, and full performance benchmarks, head over to our dedicated Competitors module in the main menu.
