Configuring Your Notification Preferences

The Notifications panel in your Settings is your personal control center for system alerts. While the platform continuously monitors your guest feedback, data integrations, and background tasks, this panel allows you to customize exactly which updates are delivered to you. This ensures you stay informed about critical events without cluttering your workspace.

1. Tailoring Your Alert Stream

From this panel, you can toggle individual notification triggers on or off based on your specific role and daily priorities. You can customize alerts for the following core areas:

  • Triggered Review Alerts: Choose whether to receive updates from the custom rules you built under the Alerts section (such as an immediate ping when a negative review lands).

  • Score Threshold Breaches: Set up standard flags to monitor when your properties' aggregate ratings drop below or exceed specific score targets.

  • Export Competitions: Receive a direct system notification the moment a large data export, PDF report, or spreadsheet compilation is complete and ready for download.

  • Integration and Sync Errors: (Highly Recommended for Admins) Turn on real-time warnings for data disruptions. If your PMS stops syncing or a review portal requires re-authorization via OAuth, the platform will immediately alert you so you can resolve the connection before it impacts your automated survey campaigns.

2. Individual vs. Global Controls

Operational Tip: Notification preferences are user-specific. Changing these toggles updates your personal delivery settings without changing what your colleagues see. This allows a front desk agent to focus solely on daily review alerts, while a system administrator can keep tabs on integration health and background reporting.
