Configuring Your Account Overview

The Account Overview section within your Settings is where you establish the foundational parameters of your account. From this centralized panel, you can update essential business details, manage administrative contact points, and customize how the platform processes your analytics and financial timelines.

1. Updating Business and Administrative Details

Keeping your core information accurate ensures that your system remains properly aligned and that critical documentation reaches the right people. In this section, you can modify:

  • Account Name: Edit the public or internal display name of your specific location or group.

  • Associated Website: Update the web URL linked to the location, ensuring your embedded widgets and external portal mappings point to the correct digital domain.

  • Billing Email: Specify the direct email address where invoices, receipts, and financial notifications should be sent, keeping administrative tasks separate from daily operations.

2. Customizing Sentiment Thresholds

Not every business defines a "good" or "bad" review the same way. This setting gives you the flexibility to align our AI engine with your internal quality standards:

  • Tailored Boundaries: You can manually adjust the specific scoring brackets that classify a review as Negative, Neutral, or Positive.

  • Operational Impact: Changing these thresholds instantly updates how feedback is categorized across your entire platform, including your Home Dashboard, Analytics, and AI Insights modules.

3. Setting Your Fiscal Year

To ensure that your reporting reflects your actual corporate structure, you can define your organization's custom Fiscal Year.

Adjusting this setting aligns your long-term analytics, trend graphs, and performance charts with your business's financial calendar rather than defaulting to a standard calendar year. This makes it seamless to pull historical reports that perfectly match your internal stakeholders' review cycles.
