Purchase Intention Question

Generating hot leads is a great way to boost your sales! One of the areas where you can look for hot leads is your own customers. 

That’s why Customer Alliance is introducing a feature that allows you to ask your customer if they are planning to look for a new car in the near future.

Purchase Intention is a separate question added to your service surveys. After the service appointment, the customer is asked about their satisfaction with the services but additionally also about their willingness to buy a new car in the next half year. 

Structure of the question

“Do you intend to purchase a car within the next six months?”

Answer options:

  1. Yes, I’m thinking about buying a new car in the next six months
  2. No, I’m not thinking about buying a new car in the next six months

Purchase Intention notification

When the Purchase Intention question is enabled in your questionnaire, in the Service subaccount you will find a predefined email notification. 

Email notification subject: Purchase Intention

Notification will be sent to the recipients when:

  • the customer answers the question by choosing the option: “Yes, I’m thinking about buying a new car in the next six months” and 
  • the review is not anonymous.

Alert - Sales Opportunity 

Together with the Purchase Intention notification, in your Service account will be created the Sales Opportunity alert.  

For each Sales Opportunity, you will be able to:

  • change the status,
  • see the ideal resolving time (centrally defined by Mazda) in the top right corner,
  • navigate to the review stream and visualize the review which generated the alert to better understand the client’s feedback.

It’s recommended to contact the customer within the first 7 days after you received the Sales Opportunity Notification.
