Alerts

Alerts are automatic notifications that let you know when something important happens.

You can set the alert settings accordingly. An overview of all alerts can be found in the Analytics 360° menu. 

Stream

In the Stream section, you’ll see a list of all your alerts. You can use the filter to search alerts by:

  • Time range – choose a specific date or period
  • Alert type – such as negative reviews or unanswered feedback
  • Status – view open, resolved, or all alerts

When you move your mouse over an alert, you’ll see a few options:

  • See suggested actions or open the related review
  • Change the alert status, mark it as resolved or keep it open.

Statistics

The Statistics tab shows how many alerts were created during a selected time period.

You’ll see:

  • The total number of alerts
  • How many are still open
  • How many have been resolved

Based on this, you’ll also see your resolution rate, which helps you understand how efficiently alerts are being handled.
